CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Founded in 2014 by Austin parents Allan and Heather Staker, Brain Chase is the product of his filmmaking/tech background and her online education expertise. They are both Harvard-educated and their 5 children were the inspiration behind the creation of this revolutionary new summer program
Brain Chase is a 6-week summer learning challenge disguised as a massive global treasure hunt for 2nd−8th graders. A golden globe has been buried somewhere on earth – and it contains the key to a safe deposit box holding a $10,000 college scholarship fund. Participants who complete an hour of online summer learning activities each day will unlock secret animated webisodes that hold the clues to the globe’s whereabouts. Guess the treasure’s location first, and you’ll be the one on a plane to dig it up.
Enrollment is limited to the first 5,000 entrants.
Kickoff is June 30. Last registration July 18.

During this week, the children will have an opportunity to dabble in many different scientific experiences. These experiences will range from classification of the plants on campus to the physics of our playground equipment. The children will spend each morning enjoying a team building activity, a short lesson on the topic of the day, free play, and even some sports. CAMP FACILITIES: Our indoor facilities include air-conditioned Dining Hall and classrooms, Woodshop, Ceramics Studio, Photography Studio and dark room, state of the art Performance Hall and gymnasiums. Our outdoor facilities include a heated swimming pool, three-sided, 35 foot climbing tower, high and low ropes course, turf and baseball field complex, playing fields and basketball court.

CAMP FACILITIES: College and university campuses deliver an at college experience for your child with technologically equipped classrooms, and inviting, landscaped outdoor spaces. We embrace the outdoors whether it is to launch rockets, build bridges, loose trebuchets, explore coastal waters, whale watch, model the inner solar system, use telescopes, play team games, collect samples, make observations, or operate a hydraulic machine.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: • Build a bridge.
• Design, model, simulate, build, test, and fly a model rocket.
• Understand basic optics and then assemble a refractor telescope.
• Learn to observe and record your observations.

CAMP LOCATION: We are located 2 hours west of Boston, and 30 minutes east of New York state in the Berkshire Mountains. Our physical property encompasses over 100 acres of mountainous, preserved wetlands. Please check out our gallery on our website for photos.
CAMP FACILITIES: We have 45 cabins, with the boys bunks on one half and the girls bunks on the other. All of our facilities are state of the art including a brand new gymnastics center, indoor field house including basketball courts along with a dance studio and weights room. Our outdoor amphitheater is set in the pines, and 11 tennis courts are set in the mountains.
Our lake accommodates waterskiing, wake boarding, sailing, windsurfing, swimming, and an inflatable obstacle course. The lodge has a stage for all theatrical performances, as well as a movie theater and all purpose facility for the entire camp.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The Camp Lenox program includes Individual Sports, Team Sports, Creative Arts, Outdoor Education, and Water Sports. We pride ourselves on excellent instruction in every activity. We want all of our campers to return home feeling that they really improved in some area of interest.
Lenox traditionally has High School and College coaches directing our Major Sports: Basketball, Tennis, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, and Roller Hockey. Camp Lenox is one of the premier co-ed sports camps in the United States. We are a highly active camp with outstanding facilities and instructors.

This track will benefit students in middle school and high school who are especially interested in regional, state and international math competitions for the following school year. With the guidance of former math coaches and professors you will soon be set to face the galactic challenges of these math competitions with no fear. The skies are the limit!
Areteem Institute Summer Camps also offers electives in Scientific Research, Science Fiction and Preparation for Science and Engineering Fairs. English as a Second Language course is also available for international students.

CAMP FACILITIES: Residential students will be staying at the campus dorms, eating at the campus cafeteria. All activities and classes will be held on-campus.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The faculty consists of renowned lecturers, veterans in International Mathematical Olympiads (IMO) and Olympiad coaches, who have successful careers in math, science, and technology, with many years of classroom teaching experiences. Among them are: Dr. Kevin Wang, founder of Areteem and Math Zoom, former IMO China Team member, former math faculty at UC Irvine and UCLA; Dr. Harold B. Reiter, math professor at UNCC, who is very well known and well respected in math education and math competitions. The camp curriculum will cover some or all of the following topics: For Math: Modular arithmetic, Numbers and their digits & divisors, Basic and advanced counting strategies, Combinatorics, Polynomials and their coefficients & zeros, Algebraic inequalities and other techniques, Special angles and regular polygons, Centers of triangles, Collinearity and concurrency, Trigonometry, Vector and Coordinates.
Various problem solving techniques will be introduced, as well as Math contest strategies. For Science: Scientific research methodologies, principles in mechanics, electricity and magnetism, optics, thermodynamics, etc., and real world applications such as roller coaster theory (you can learn to design your own roller coaster and build it at the camp!). For English as Second Language (ESL) students, there are also topics related to American culture and literature.

BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Mad Science summer camps and vacation programs give kids the opportunity to learn about science through our interactive and hands-on science activities. Our summer science programs let children become junior scientists for the summer and embark on a series of science adventures!

CAMP FACILITIES: Our programs operate in a classroom environment with room for multiple tables to facilitate cooperative inquiry-based hands-on learning. Most of our locations are air-conditioned if indoors. Typically we also have an outdoor area available for outside activities.
