CAMP PROGRAM INFO: SPOTLIGHT aims to engage today's youth in the discovery of theatre's many components. In an exciting, non-competitive, fun filled environment, we strive to enrich appreciation for Theater Arts through education, creativity, and passion. Participants receive theatre arts training both on stage and backstage which strives to foster each individual's talents and aspirations with an emphasis on teamwork and personal growth.
THE SPOTLIGHT THEATER WORKSHOP was designed not only to be a lot of fun, but to also focus on strengthening the skills of our participants and teaching them new and exciting elements involved in the performing arts. Some of our classes will include acting, singing, dancing, technical theater, improv, and auditioning skills. Also, we're very excited about incorporating film/television acting and production into the workshop!
Monologues will also be worked on during class time so that upon completion of the program, participants will be comfortable using their pieces at auditions in the future. There will also be many outdoor activities, free time, and special guests!
Our staff consists of various professional theater artists who are extremely passionate about both performing and teaching their skills to others! See you soon!

BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Edge on Science is a project-based immersive experience in applied science and engineering. Choose from ten different topics and 43 week-long sessions. CAMP FACILITIES: College and university campuses deliver an at college experience for your child with technologically equipped classrooms, and inviting, landscaped outdoor spaces. We embrace the outdoors whether it is to launch rockets, build bridges, loose trebuchets, explore coastal waters, whale watch, model the inner solar system, use telescopes, play team games, collect samples, make observations, or operate a hydraulic machine.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: • Build a bridge.
• Design, model, simulate, build, test, and fly a model rocket.
• Understand basic optics and then assemble a refractor telescope.
• Learn to observe and record your observations.
• Code and fly that code with a drone.
• Learn about 3D printers, design objects, prepare them, print them and assess the results.
• Team build a catapult and then use it outside to hit a mock castle wall.
• Collect and prepare samples for viewing under a microscope.
• Envision hydraulic machines and then build them in a maker space.
• Tinker with water rockets and discover the right mix of water volume, air volume and air pressure.
• Communicate your ideas on paper.

Our instructors are engineers, scientists and/or scholars with knowledge and experience in the program they are leading. They also are passionate about sharing applied science and engineering with young people.
Edge on Science programs are structured around individual and team projects. Children are challenged while having fun and making new friends. Our approach is to tap into the intrinsic curiosity that children have so that at the end of the day they own the science and are eager to return the next day!

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Rising 10th to 12th-grade students may apply for our Counselor in Training (CIT) program. CITs participate fully in the program they choose. They also help out the Instructor and participate in ongoing program evaluation and improvement. This is like a first-time job experience for most youth. They will learn what it takes to be an effective employee.

Bauercrest is a non-profit camp run by an independent Board of Directors, dedicated to our mission to deliver the best program possible for our families.
Our program philosophy uses the medium of healthy competition and tradition to develop self-esteem, independence, and camaraderie in our boys to create a community unlike any other. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Since 1931, Camp Bauercrest has been delivering memorable summers for boys by building self-esteem, independence, and Jewish identity through healthy competition and camaraderie. We do this by focusing on our four STAR principles: Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Achievement, and Responsibility.
With a longstanding tradition of activities with constant modern programs for our campers, Bauercrest is consistent in delivering memorable summers that are unique every year. Our staff are mostly returning campers and many have been coming to Bauercrest for 10 years or more.

CAMP FACILITIES: We are a 32 room facility with classrooms, comfortable individual and group therapy spaces, a breakfast room, a living room for morning meeting, as well as a Nurse's office.
There is also an outdoor play space, garden, and an outdoor pool, basketball court, and a gym/fitness center. We also have use of 500 acres of conservation land for learning and fitness.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Sunshine, dba Reed Academy was established in 1975, to provide a camp-like atmosphere where boys, ages 6-18 have a program where they can flourish with summer activities, and still maintain the skills that they have been learning throughout the school year.
Camp Sunshine, dba Reed Academy has grown to be a full year program. Reed Academy, the 12 month program is dedicated to helping boys with social and emotional needs. The highly structured program is to promote academic growth as well as providing an extended day for students to engage in fun and supervised activities.
Our camp programming works with each child's IEP, and provides additional focus on strengthening of adaptive daily living skills, social skills, and self-esteem building. Our classrooms are small, with ratios 4/5 students to each certified special education teacher, allowing the behavioral and educational needs of each student to be met with care and compassion.
Camp Sunshine, dba Reed Academy also has a full time LICSW and clinical staff on board to assist in providing support within the therapeutic milieu. In addition, the Executive Director, Academic Director, and Program Coordinator work closely with the students and staff members.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our programs operate in a classroom environment with room for multiple tables to facilitate cooperative inquiry-based hands-on learning. Most of our locations are air-conditioned if indoors. Typically we also have an outdoor area available for outside activities.

CAMP FACILITIES: KSA's gorgeous property features a 200 acre lake, a 15,000 square foot main lodge, 20,000 square foot field house, new bunks and brand new courts and fields. Kutsher's has 9 outdoor tennis courts on site, along with 4 outdoor and two indoor basketball courts. We also have 3 baseball fields, a soccer field, lacrosse field, golf range, beach volleyball court, hockey rink and full service fitness center.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Founded in Monticello, New York in 1968 by Milton Kutsher and legendary college basketball coach Clair Bee, Kutsher's Sports Academy was the first camp to offer an entirely elective sports program. KSA is ACA accredited and has been in the CampRatingz top ten camps in the nation for two years running. The pride and joy of Kutsher's Sports Academy, and what sets it apart from any other camp, is its coaching staff. CAMP LOCATION: We are located 2 hours west of Boston, and 30 minutes east of New York state in the Berkshire Mountains. Our physical property encompasses over 100 acres of mountainous, preserved wetlands. Please check out our gallery on our website for photos.
CAMP FACILITIES: We have 45 cabins, with the boys bunks on one half and the girls bunks on the other. All of our facilities are state of the art including a brand new gymnastics center, indoor field house including basketball courts along with a dance studio and weights room. Our outdoor amphitheater is set in the pines, and 11 tennis courts are set in the mountains.
Our lake accommodates waterskiing, wake boarding, sailing, windsurfing, swimming, and an inflatable obstacle course. The lodge has a stage for all theatrical performances, as well as a movie theater and all purpose facility for the entire camp.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The Camp Lenox program includes Individual Sports, Team Sports, Creative Arts, Outdoor Education, and Water Sports. We pride ourselves on excellent instruction in every activity. We want all of our campers to return home feeling that they really improved in some area of interest.
Lenox traditionally has High School and College coaches directing our Major Sports: Basketball, Tennis, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, and Roller Hockey. Camp Lenox is one of the premier co-ed sports camps in the United States. We are a highly active camp with outstanding facilities and instructors.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Come and enjoy the vast scientific experiences here on campus while also enjoying the fun and active environment of camp. During this week, the children will have an opportunity to dabble in many different scientific experiences. Brain Chase is a 6-week summer learning challenge disguised as a massive global treasure hunt for 2nd−8th graders. Weekly camp themes include cooking, art, LEGO, science, wizards & magic, around the world, coding, and many more! All camps take place via Zoom and one registration covers all children in the same household!

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: All camps are run by Ignite Learning Academy, a fully accredited online private school serving students in preschool through grade 12. Camp leaders include faculty, administration, and external experts in the areas they will be teaching.
